When stew met pastry! Delicious chicken stew with plenty of homegrown veggies and coconut milk served with garlic and cheese puff triangles. Smoked salt and Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese Five Brothers Reserve really take these to the next level! Perfect for this week's lunches!

Parihuela a peruvian seafood stew. In my version I'm using king crab legs and seafood medley.

Nothing more comforting than a hearty bowl of stew! Especially when you walk through the door from a hockey rink and the smell of slow cooked goulash is filling up your home, this may as well be the ultimate food to defrost you.

Beef stew -these chunks of beef are seasoned with salt, freshly cracked black pepper and paprika then browned on all sides before onions and garlic are thrown in respectively followed by tomato paste, beef stock, red pepper flakes, golden potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. Then just let it cook on low till the meat is tender. I love adding sweet pickle relish towards the end for added flavor.
