-When Kafka kisses you, it's like a big bear hug. You can't help but feel that warm sensation bubbling up inside you whenever he pulls you in to push a playful kiss to your cheek. He especially loves it if you have chubby or squishy cheeks for him to press his lips into.

-Leno kisses you almost shyly. You both might have been dating for months and he'll still kiss you as if he's shy that he's about to kiss you. As much as he loves you, he can't help but feel a little shy when he goes for a kiss still. It's almost as if he thinks you're out of his league with how attractive you are.

-Kisses from Iharu are always playful. He never lets a kiss seem half assed, he always will put his full effort into a kiss even if it's been years since you both got together. He loves to kiss you so why stop him?

-As much as Mina loves to kiss you, she doesn't do it very often. It's a quick peck here and there throughout the day and they don't last nearly as long as you'd like them to. She's a busy woman though and she'll be sure to repay you for your patience once you both are able to catch a day off.

-Hoshina can't help but tease you a little when you ask him for a kiss. You're asking the Vice Captain for a kiss? And you didn't even say please? Seems like you won't be getting what you want. That is... until you least expect it.

hibino is a grown man and he's often seen as the backbone of whatever place he becomes a part of, there isn't much things that you can say that would affect him. but, try to hug this man once to see how he would simply melt. he didn't get that kind of affection very often throughout his life – his dating life was nowhere near as active as he wished it to be –, so you showing any kind of physical affection towards him, would make hibino's heart flutter in his chest. he always adores when you randomly hug him and he is constantly thinking about when you're gonna give a 'hug attack' again.

leno is very sensitive to any praise you send his way. he is often being praised and complimented on his skills, but there's something about you praising him that just... makes him impossibly shy. whenever you give him any words of affirmation, his cheeks flare up and he tries to hide his face from you, he says something along the lines of "don't be silly" and tries to leave. even if he behaves like that, whenever he accomplishes something, his mind always drifts to what you will think of it – and what are the praises that will come with your acknowledgement of them.

mina doesn't fall hard for words, no matter how smooth or soft you try to be with it. the thing that always catches her off guard is you keeping any promise you make her. no matter how small or big the promise is, if you keep it, it will shake her to her core and bring out the small child that once made a promise – that was broken – with her best friend. even if she doesn't think often about your shared promises, you will never truly know the extent that they matter to her. you will never know how much you matter to her.

hoshina adores, and i mean adores, when you laugh at his jokes or laugh at the same things he laughs at. more often than not, people reprimand him for laughing during serious situations, but when you came into his life and started to laugh with him... that instantly made you win his heart. some would say that saying he is a good fighter against monsters would be something he prefers, but the way that you accepted and enjoy a side of him that no one else really seems to enjoy, that matters so much to him; without much time, you entered his heart and mind, and you're definitely not going to leave soon.

narumi seems hard to please, but he's quite the opposite of that. he will eat up any praise you give him; above everything though, he would adore to have you show that you two are equals. whether it be through your words or actions – you don't have to show that you're stronger, any sign of confidence works –, he would love to see you showing dominance and going against him sometimes. he knows you want only the best things for him, but if you're not afraid to call him out for his truly bad actions, that would always make him feel that he has someone that he can share a little of his burden with.

You were used to the alarm calls at this point. Even in the dead of night, when there was a Kaiju attack, everyone in the Defense Force was going to be alerted and ready to go. Tonight was no exception either, as the alarm blared out and you and Reno shot out of your beds in a hurry. Even with the adrenaline pumping through your veins, you could feel how heavy you were with sleep as you rushed to get ready, both you and Reno only having one second to share a kiss, wishing each other luck before heading off to battle. It was the routine you guys had almost down at this point; the feeling, even as fleeting as it was, of his lips on yours was the quick reminder you needed of what you guys were both fighting for. It was what carried you through battle, it was what kept you guys fighting to your limits as you took down the Kaiju that you guys were sent out to pacify. Even as tired as you were, as worn down and wounded, that kiss was what helped fuel you both to do your best up until that last moment when the monster was slain. You ran to Reno instantly, throwing your weapon aside as you fell into his arms; both of you a bit bloodied and bruised, but unharmed otherwise. The weight of the world was lessened as you guys held each other, comforting words flowing between you both as you both held onto each other so hard it was like you both were afraid the other would disappear. You pulled away, looking into his deep violet eyes as you cupped his cheek, your thumb wiping the dust and sweat off of his face, "I love you, you did great out there Reno," You said, your lips latching onto his, him uttering the same thing when you pulled away. Your kisses were desperate at first, hungry and breathless, lessening little by little into something softer, more intimate, and gentle. "Can't you guys get a room or something? Yeesh." Iharu grimaced, nudging you both as he walked by. Reno's face flushed, both of you laughing and apologizing to the rest of your squadmates for the public display of affection—even though all of you knew that it'd happen again the next time.

super supportive! even if you briefly mention the want to cut your hair, he is immediately nodding and going "i think it would look beautiful". secretly looks up good hair salons around the apartment you share so he can somehow help you if you say you want to make an appointment.

when you appear with your hair short out of nowhere, his eyes go wide and he stays silent for so long, you almost think he didn't like it. when you voice out your concerns, he immediately jumps and goes to you, babbling about how pretty you look. 'that cut really suits you... r-really...'

spends a lot of time just looking at you with your new hair, no words spoken, just simply a sweet soft smile on his lips as he sees it.

loves to play with it if you allow. specially adores to twirl the tips of it – if its long enough for it - and softly massage your scalp.

calls kafka for advice, because he stares at you for so long, he feels like a big creep. ends up getting teased by hibino and hangs up; the biggest blush is on his face as he goes back to you and admits he liked your hair a little more than he let on at first.

"Could you pass me the vegetables?" Reno asked, a soft smile on his face as he looked at you—you completely focused on making sure they were cut just like he'd shown you the last time he made Yakisoba. You finished the final chop, "Here you go," You said sheepishly, handing him the cutting board of diced veggies, "They're not as neat as yours, but I did my best." Reno dumped them into the stir fry, tossing them a bit. "They're perfect Y/N, thank you! You've been the best kitchen assistant." He beamed, kissing your head. You watched as he continued to cook, leaning against the counter as you admired the serene expression on his face as he continued what he always loved doing—cooking for the both of you on date night, a rare sight these days. It wasn't often that you guys got to spend time together since he joined the Defense Force. Training, combat drills, fighting off Kaiju, dealing with whatever emergencies him and Kafka had—he'd finally fullfilled his dream, but sometimes you wished you could be selfish and have him with you more. "You alright?" Reno's voice startled you out of your thoughts, his violet eyes fixed on you. "Yeah, I'm fine. Was just thinking." "About?" "How nice it is to spend some time with you!" You smiled, hugging his side. His face flushed, and he cleared his throat, "We hung out the other day, babe" You pressed your forehead against his shoulder, "I know, but I miss you is all." Reno hummed, stirring in the soba noodles, "Yeah...I missed you too I guess. Sorry I haven't been around; my schedule is unpredictable." You sighed, "I know. And I don't blame you Reno! I just am glad you're here now is all." You hugged him tighter, "What are we gonna do after dinner? Catch up on that anime we started?" Reno chuckled, "I hope so. I've been wanting to read the manga but you won't let me." "Because I was the one who wanted to watch it in the first place! You made me promise not to continue without you." You argued, groaning into his shoulder. Reno laughed, "Forgive me for wanting to bond with you over shared interests, dork."
