I'm transgender and a young leader of queer vulnerable refugees of over 27 LGBTQ individuals living in refugee camp in East Africa.
We fleed our countries after a narrow escape from persecution, death, and imprisonment not only at our community of residence but also from the government simply just because of who we are.
As a community, we face extreme discrimination, segregation, verbal abuse, our people often denied access to basic necessities and equipment of living like food supplies, medical supplies, clean water, safe shelters, sanitary wears for the lesbians and also security.
As a leader I carry A lot of there pain and suffering on a daily basis and try to advocate for us to see if we can be helped in one way or the other. We are currently seeking for support, assistance and donations from kind hearted individuals who believe in justice, equality and human dignity.
