{Poisson, patates & bière} Notre premier repas norvégien fut éminemment britannique avec un excellent fish’n chips, fait avec du très bon poisson. Et une sauce aïoli pour accompagner les frites, tout ce que j’aime. Les bières locales sont très variées, et souvent délicieuses, mais attention elles sont relativement fortes et je me suis retrouvée plus d’une fois « tipsy » après ma bière de fin d’après-midi. Le poisson est évidemment bon en Norvège. Mr Papillon a mangé tellement de saumon sous toutes ses formes et à tous les repas que je soupçonne qu’il soit prêt à nager en remontant les rivières! Par contre les poissons et fruits de mer sont très chers (tout comme l’alcool). Lekter’n est un très chouette bar-restaurant, installé sur une grande barge dans le port d’Oslo. C’est branché mais l’accueil est charmant, on y a bien mangé, et en ces temps de Pride tout est aux couleurs de l’amour et de l’arc-en-ciel. #oslo #norway #lektern #fishnchips #beer #food #restaurant (à Lekter'n)
