You’re feeling low. 

You’re feeling funky (not the Homosapien-Mistadobalina kind). 

You know this is okay - the Lows pass and make room for the Evens, and the Evens pass and make way for the Highs. And then the Highs lose their momentum and swan dive (sometimes tumble) back down - Life’s necessary Pendulum. And so it goes, right? So it goes. (Mr. V) 

There are some things to remember throughout all of this.

Remember who you are and why you’re here. You’ve made it ‘round the sun enough times to learn this one. To tell Alfie what it’s all about. And that’s LOVE. 

To love. (verb) Active.

Remember that there are people who love you enough to carry you when your tank is running low. 

Remember that it really is a 'one day at a time’ jig, this life. 

Remember the divine beauty in smell (petrichor), sound, discovery, how sublime the breeze feels on your skin.

Remember to look up, look forward, look around. See what can be done to make a difference, however small. A difference made is still a difference. Same Same, Not Different.

Remember to aspire and inspire. 

You are everything. And nothing.
