Never let the fradrianposting distract you from the fact that I am Junko Enoshima's #1 fan. I have loved her ever since I was a kid and may even love her until the day I die.

Genuinely one of the women of all time... the character ever... I don't think anything I could write would express my love for her.
I love how unserious she is... I'm sorry... you could literally never make me hate her...
The chronic, pervasive boredom from her high intelligence/analytical nature as a motivator for her desire to torture others is really compelling to me, though I also really like the base-level interpretation that she doesn't have any legitimate reason to be doing any of this other than that she thinks it would be really funny to prank all of her classmates. Either way, I love whatever's wrong with her and the thousands of layers of irony she's saturated herself in to hide that cold and helpless girl beneath it all.

Close second... as much as I love Junko I REALLY think she deserved better. Just as I despise Shu Takumi for all the Ace Attorney characters he took out back and shot, I absolutely LOATHE Kodaka for giving her no screentime outside of either pretending to be Junko or simping for her (whole other rant... sigh...). Danganronpa IF was pretty good but I'm not really satisfied. I think they could've done SO much more with her character (I also feel this way about Iris Fey/Hawthorne but at least she has a chance to continue her life).

Oh man. This little shit. I really hate him. I would throw him in the meat grinder in every timeline. Unfortunately, he is really funny... I think I spent the entire game getting pissed off at him. What the fuck is his problem?! We had good times together, I fear.

Very strong contender for third (I wrote this before, begrudgingly, giving third to Nagito). I really love her and find her character interesting. She lived so I don't really have that many complaints or grievances. Her design is really pretty too..... my wife...

I have mixed feelings on her. She deserved better, and I really, really, really love her, but I also REALLY want to throw her in the microwave? I can understand why people don't like her, but she is really adorable. I bought a figurine of her to save her from whatever gooner would've bought her and she lives a peaceful life on my shelf.

Perhaps the only thing I *truly* despise Junko for is having the nerve to kill this girl TWICE. I think that was the first time I was actually mad at her. Chiaki was such a sweet girl... she just wanted to play video games... WHY???

She's really cute and I related to her pretty strongly when I was a kid. I think I cried during the Sakura trial because of how upset she was about losing the person most dear to her. I used to kin her back in high school but don't really remember why lol. (black + likes donuts + gay? maybe). Anyway she's pretty chill.

Thanks for the ask and thanks for listening to my rambling π I've liked Danganronpa ever since like, what, 2013? It's been a long "phase", jesus... 13 years??? I'm glad I've been occupied with Ace Attorney lately so I could catch a break... I got into Ace Attorney in 2017 but I always preferred Danganronpa until this year for some reason? AA grew on me like a fine wine and something shifted this year for me. But Danganronpa will ALWAYS hold a huge place in my heart...
I really hope one day we can get a slice of life anime/manga/VN where everyone can just be happy. I know it would be a cash grab but I really want to see them enjoying life and hanging out! (I'm not counting Danganronpa S because they wouldn't let Mukuro be herself...)
