Still got knee pain. I did some of the jumping parts in my program but I couldn’t finish them as it hurt. It’s so frustrating. I am back to hating leg day again because I just feel so uncomfortable. Boo. If anyone has any tips for knee joint pain please tell me about all of them. I think during heavy squats I lean forward when trying to get up putting more pressure on my knees and when I try squat 50kg a million times in one session, my knees are just done with me. Anyway.
