Hi guys. I never thought I would have to make this post.
Demon King's Second Try is gone.
I got an email this morning from the Ao3 Policy and Abuse Committee, stating that DKST was in violation of Ao3's terms and service of copyright infringment.
It was privated, and I have a week to delete it or it'll be deleted by the moderators.
I don't know how this happened. Any fans of DKST know it was pretty much not at all like the original material. I replied to the original email with an appeal.
I don't know which section of the fic was copyright, but if it is, I will be changing it. Anything to keep this fanfiction up. I have all of the chapters downloaded and saved, my main concern is everyone's comments and bookmarks.
I'm going to attempt to catalogue each one, because although i've been on hiatus for too long, the support and love I have had on this fic is more than the world to me.
This fic made my darkest days brighter. It gave me something to look forward to, to do each day. The concept of letting go is not something I will ever do.
I'm going to keep everyone updated, and likely create a side blog for cataloging every piece of love this fanwork got. While it sounds stupid, please think of me in these trying times. This means so much to me, and I am beyond devastated.
