(Sorry if the ending sucks, I was pretty unmotivated for the last part of it)

It was a calm evening in the Undervale, Nathan and abaddon were watching a movie in the lounge. Nathan was sitting in his armchair with the little demon perched on his lap

It had taken months for the demon to trust Nathan enough to let him touch him, he remembers how abaddon would flinch if the man moved too abruptly, got too close

He thanked whatever Devine force sent abaddon his way. He had just wished it happened sooner. Nathan didn't know what exactly the little guy had been through before he found him but he was determined to make it so his boy never had to experience it again

When he snapped out of his thoughts he noticed abaddon looking at the screen, confused

"Something wrong, bud?" Nathan gently ran his hand along the little demons back

"What are they doing?" Abaddon was pointing at the screen. Nathan followed his gaze to what was happening in the movie, one of characters was getting tickled by someone

"They're tickling her?" Nathan said slowly. Abaddon looked at him, still confused

"What is... tickling?" He said the word like it was alien to him, which Nathan realized it probably was. Playful affection most likely wasn't present in abaddon's life before he met Nathan

"It's like... when someone touches you in a certain way and it makes you laugh and wriggle around, like a little worm!" he explained as best he could, never having to describe the concept of tickles before

"Humans... laugh when touched a certain way?" Abaddon had never heard of the concept before, he had tortured countless human souls in hell and assumed he knew everything there was to know about how the human nervous system reacted to different sensations. He was apparently mistaken

"Yeah? That's kinda the only way I can think of describing it" Nathan rubbed the back of his neck, thinking perhaps he had done a bad job of explaining "the only way to really understand would be for me to show you" he said a bit mischievously

"Very well, show me" abaddon said, curious and seemingly forgetting his aversion to touch

Nathan shrugged "if you insist" he put his hands on abaddon's sides "if you want me to stop just say so, okay bud?" The little demon probably would have let it be known if he wanted to stop anyway but he wanted to make sure

"Of course, don't be foolish" abaddon words may have been a tad insulting but he was secretly grateful for Nathan saying that

"Okay, you ready?" Nathan was honestly quite giddy about this, Abaddon hardly smiled and he had never heard him laugh before

Abaddon nodded but suddenly felt a bit nervous "...you will stop if I say?" He was not scared! He just... wanted to confirm that he had control of this experience

"Of course, bud" Nathan's put as much reassurance in his voice as he could, he would never purposely ignore when his boy didn't want to be touched. Ever.

Abaddon relaxed a bit "good... you may start now"

Nathan nodded and started softly scribbling his fingers on the little demons side

Abaddon let out a small yelp and started squirming slightly, instinctively grabbing Nathan's wrists

"This okay, bud?" Nathan asked, holding the demon a little closer so that he didn't wiggle himself off of the man's lap

Abaddon nodded as his lips quivered, threatening to pull themselves into a wide grin. The fingers that danced across his sides were so... conflicting, his body instinctively tried to get away and yet the tingles that zapped through his torso were oddly... pleasant

"I'm gonna try your belly now, alright?" Nathan wanted abaddon to know that he was completely in control of the situation, to feel safe

"Y-yes" abaddon managed to get out. he was looking down so that Nathan couldn't see his face, see the grin that was overtaking it

Nathan started to gently massage the small prince's stomach, slightly soft with baby fat

The reaction was immediate, giggles bubbling out of his mouth. Pushing his back against the man's chest as he instinctively tried to crawl away from the offending hands

Nathan was speechless. His boy had the most Aborable laugh he had ever heard! It was musical and happy and goofy, he was stunned by it

he finally snapped out of it "is this alright, bud?"

Abaddon nodded, trying to get away from the dancing fingers. Endorphins flooded his system. Leaving him unable to do anything other then laugh And squirm

Nathan saw how much fun his boy was having and decided to tease him a bit "tickle, tickle, tickle!" He sang

Abaddon was confused by this but was giggling too much to ask about it, all that came out was a "Whahahat?!"

This continued for a few more minutes before abaddon got tired of it "cehehehase! Cehehase the tihihickling at ononce!"

Nathan stopped immediately "you okay, bud?"

Abaddon caught his breath, hugging his knees to his chest "yehes, i aham wehell" he swallowed the last of his giggles "that was... satisfactory"

Nathan smiled "that's good to hear, bud. Would you ever want to do it again?" Nathan hoped the answer was yes, this had been one of the best moments of his life. tickling his boy would be his new favorite thing

Abaddon was deep in thought for a moment but ultimately nodded and went back to staring at the screen in front of him

Nathan grinned like a child on Christmas, something told him the hotel would be ringing with laughter for the foreseeable future

Abel (my name for the vessel because everyone uses like Isaac or Phillip) was/is like the most ticklish 9-year-old to exist and that also effects Abaddon

Nathan discovered this little nugget of information by accident the first time he gave Abaddon a bath and the demon couldn't stop wiggling while Nathan was trying to wash his belly

Nathan and Esther are the only Freeling's that can tickle him and get away with it

Abaddon absolutely snorts and it melts Nathan's heart

absolutely the squirmiest little thing (Nathan called him his demonic wiggle worm)

Belly is hands down the best target

Second is his feet which is why he never takes off the latchets

Secretly enjoys the like super light stuff (Nathan def tried the like sleepy back tickles trick to try and tire him out he just melted and giggled no fight no nothing)

After the events of episode 10 Abaddon actively seeked Esther out for some cousin hang out time and essentially goaded her into wrecking him with tickles too distract himself from the stress.

Abel can feel when Abaddon gets tickled (I see the vessel situation as a sort of 2 seater car, one soul gets the front seat and is in control that's Abaddon and the other is basically along for the ride able to see, hear and feel but luckily Abel doesn't seem to feel any of the pain inflicted)

Demon kind is not untouchable.

Abaddon, by all means, had possessed body of his own- not like his current one, his own, true form. And, contrary to popular belief, it wasn't completely cut off from sensation.

He'd simply just never experienced it like humans have.

He.. hadn't experienced much things, actually.

Nevermind that of course, as he'd much rather be back in his true form. Of course he picked the body of a human that could barely be classified as an adolescent- this was, by all means, a child's body. Small, sickly and weak, seven human years at most- maybe eight? Whichever number it was, he was stuck with it now, considering he was trapped.

Powerless, bound to a body which could spread no chaos- the only interactions he later received down the line being anger, mild rage at best. Nobody feared this. And installing fear & wreaking havoc was quite literally the one reason he was sent up here. And so he waited.

Waiting was all he could do. Until he was found.

And he was. Just not by the ones he wanted to be found by, no. The complete opposite..

He really wonders why he went with Nathan that day, but he did. And here he was now.

Snuggled up in a comfy highchair with a man who seemed to overly care for him and called him bud more times than he ever did his real name. He should've been humiliated.

"That good, bud?" The chipper voice asked, familiar to him by now. He was met with a light hum in response.

"It'll suffice."

Nathan happily snuggled Abaddon closer, moving the boy (Was he a boy? Did he view him as that? It couldn't be. He made sure Nathan was aware of the power he held.. held being the keyword.) so that he'd be comfortably pressed against his side. He was warm.

Oh so warm. The soft fabric of the sweater brushed against his cheek, weirdly soothing.

"I don't sleep." The demon muttered, knowing that he'll only get a light headpat in response. He hated it. He hated how it felt. He hated that it felt and it felt so right.

"Yeah, yeah i know." Nathan softly spoke, just like he always did with him. He'd never hear that tone in hell, ever. "But, you've had a loooong day, so i think you'll stay right here."

Abaddon glared at him. It would've been so effective back then, he was so sure of it. But Nathan just smiled further when he saw his literal pout. He really didn't mean to, it was just quite difficult to take what essentially was a pouting, upset child seriously.

Nathan immediately made a move to ruffle his hair, moving up the hand which had previously rested calmly atop Abaddon's side- and, for the first time, the little demon was caught off guard. A light yelp escaped his throat, his hands clamping down as if on instinct. Effectively trapping Nathan's fingers in there..

The two looked at each other in bewilderment. What was that?

Abaddon blinked, looking at Nathan as if he had cast a spell on him. As if he could even do that. Suddenly, his body felt very.. tingly. And fuzzy. His frown was wobbling, as if fighting the urge to turn into a giddy, childlike smile- what was this? What did this mortal do to him?

"..wha- whaHAhAt are youHu-" He couldn't finish his sentence as the fingers suddenly began moving again, lightly digging into his upper ribs, sending tons of electric little shocks through his nervous system. A laugh escaped Abaddon. A laugh. And it wasn't the demonic kind, that was for sure.

"Oh my godness." The familiar voice spoke, this time with far more enthusiasm and playfulness, even for him. Nathan was grinning about just as hard as Abaddon was. "Buddy, are you ticklish??"

He'd never even heard of the concept before, dammit! He was practically falling apart here!! He tried speaking up again, but all that came out was an uncharacteristicly high pitched squeal. "whaAHhhat?!"

Was.. was Nathan laughing at him right now!? This was utter betrayal! Him and Nathan had an alliance and-

"Ohh, i've got'cha right hereee.. come on, put your arms up! I can't stop otherwise, you've got me trapped here!"

"NoHoHOhou!! Ihi- stAhap thihihihis! Stopahap ihit this ihinstant- ihi- i cahahan't- whahat ihis thihis!?" His shoulders bounced with his high pitched giggles, his entire body wriggling so much he'd probably fall if it wasn't for being held.

It really didn't take long for the strange, sparky sensation to go away, the fingers successfully escaping and causing Abaddon to curl in on himself, hugging his stomach. He panted with leftover giggles, utterly confused and intrigued.

"Nehehe.. N-Nehever in my thousands of yehehears.."

And that was the day the demon child learned of the joyous act of tickles. It was revolutionary, truly,

Nathan really had to do that more often. He wishes he did.
