They're both doomed

leah would totally have a 'women fear me, fish want me' baseball cap. teddy refuses to admit she thinks it's even remotely funny (she totally does), leah obviously thinks it's absolutely hilarious.

teddy refuses to kiss leah during the day when she wears a bold lip combo to school, she doesn't want it to get messed up. like she will straight up swerve leah if she even tries. leah is obviously pouty about this all day, but teddy stands her ground. leah pounces on teddy the second they get to her truck at the end of the day. teddy keeps makeup wipes in her glove box for this very reason so she can fix it (and clean off leah's face, too) before they leave the truck. (teddy secretly loves seeing leah with teddy's lip combo smeared all over her.)

on a similar note, leah would beg teddy to do that lipstick kiss mark tiktok trend with her. not even to actually make a tiktok, but just for teddy to cover leah's face in lipstick marks. she finally gets teddy to do it (teddy feigns resistance; she very much wants to mark up leah's entire face, but leah doesn't need to know that), and leah refuses to wash the lipstick off her face for a good few hours. she only reluctantly does after teddy pesters her--dude, you're gonna break out so bad if you leave that on your face any longer. (teddy does not want her to take it off yet, but she really doesn't want leah to have to deal with the repercussions.)

another tiktok trend leah would force them to partake in: making bracelets with their eye colors! they would bicker the entire time in the bead aisle at the craft store--no, no, no, your eyes have some hazel in them, too, we need to get these ones! / okay, i'm not buying three different blues. come here so i can narrow it down to two.

they would occasionally dye matching colored streaks in their hair (à la laszlo and nadja in wwdits). since, unlike leah's hair, teddy's hair is too dark for any colors to really show up without bleaching her hair first, she will just dye a clip in extension. this way she can also take it out if their current color doesn't match well with her makeup look for the day. teddy applies the color in leah's hair for her while leah works on teddy's extension.

teddy has a love-hate relationship with the sheer amount of rings leah wears. she finds it super hot, but it is also extremely frustrating to watch leah painstakingly take them off one by one when she needs to use her fingers for other things.

Corey makes a complicated face. “Okay, we knew that.” “Corey,” Mason reproves his boyfriend. “Sorry. Anyway, what’s going on?” “Leah told Teddy mid-sex that she loves her and wants to be with her forever,” Mason summarizes succinctly, with not an ounce of respect for Leah’s privacy. Well, Leah would have told Corey, too, eventually, but it’s the principle of the matter. “Oh,” Corey says, his visage clearing up, like that explains everything. “Well, of course Teddy would go bonkers after hearing that. She’s allergic to declarations of affection.”
