A year and a half ago, the wonderful @leblonde gave general binding permission for her fics. This is the second in my project to bind some of my favorites

Gonna wax poetic about my design decisions and future plans under the cut:

I'm sure you remember that anon a few weeks (months?) ago who asked if they could make a book out of your fic when i sing, you sing harmonies

Well it was me and i have done it! So here i present to you the physical version of your wonderful fic!

I’m as well including the steps i followed to bind the book, followed by some process pics i have collected (if anyone even cares ahahhah i’m not sure if book making is a popular thing)

3. The ending was the hardest to write. It was quite difficult to have Phil finally reveal all of his backstory stuff and it was quite an emotional conversation. But also, I just find endings hard in general 

10. It was heavily inspired by Following the Fandom by @ineverhadmyinternetphase Apparently I subconsciously copied my fave. And then became her friend. And then realised when I was sat in a Starbucks that she was the one that wrote that fic. It was a really funny moment but also quite embarrassing. 

1. Do you have a preference for which pov to write from between Dan and Phil, and why?

recently, i’ve been really enjoying writing things from phil’s pov since i can definitely relate to his anxiety issues and i’ve been really enjoying the challenge since we don’t get to see quite as much of the inner phil as we get of dan! for longer things, though, i’m naturally more drawn to dan? maybe because i have a Thing for writing dysfunctional families and i love delving into his backstory in AUs :)

2. What’s your favorite line of dialogue you’ve ever written for Dan or Phil?

“Them, Phil. Gender neutral pigeons.”

& because i can’t choose

“You’ll never be a failure to me, Phil. You hear me? Not after everything you’ve given me and millions of others. Four million people want to watch your videos. At least a quarter of them are gonna want to see our show. You need to see these people as much as I do.”

& you know what i’m not even sorry for this

“Daaannnn. You know you don’t have to do this. But thank you.”

“Of course I do. How else can I thank someone for giving me the last eight years of their life?”

“Eight years?” If Dan wasn’t awake already, the snatches of breath tickling his neck sure did the trick. “I think you can do a bit better than coffee, babe. Something...furry, perhaps?”

Dan almost poured the scalding pot over his hands. “Are you telling me it’s finally time for your fursuit? I always knew this day would come, Phil!”

“Fuck. Don’t listen to pre-coffee Phil. Furry was the wrong word and you know it.”

“Oh, was it now?”

“Does art need rescuing?” Dan had replied, confused.

“Everything does,” Felix said.
