Leathy - He doesn't like to show others any of his self-resent or regret. He takes full responsibility for where he is and what he does and doesn't think his self deprecation is worth sharing with anyone.

Alaska - How calculating he is when he speaks with anyone and everyone and how self indulgent he is.

Hard to speak for other peoples characters or peoples perspectives so this is going to be mostly how I believe / intend them to come across! Hopefully they do.

Leathy - I like to think he comes across as very go-with-the-flow, adaptable, and confident. And that's all true to a certain point, but where those all stop is a sharp, sharp drop.

🔎 - investigating

VERY good. leathy has a smart gut and he trusts it. he's very 'fool me once, shame on me' kind of guy. he does background checks on the people he works with and is tech savvy enough to do so (or gets help from a trusted friend if he has any doubts) and he's definitely dodged some bullets in doing so. if he wants to get to the bottom of something, he will, but he knows there's some things better left undiscovered, too.

he is… somewhat organized. i think on the surface he looks very organized, he gets done what he promises to, but when you look close you can see he's pretty scrambled and trying to do a lot of things and hasn't quite worked it all out yet.

things fall to the side a lot so he's pretty consistently picking up slack where he lets it fall, which is more often towards his self-care than his work or social life.

his apartment is Not clean. its not disgusting, it's just… messy. things are everywhere.

leathy is a very confident flirt, and often flirts with no intention behind it. he's good at it! but he just enjoys people.

romance-wise he's... a huge romantic. he doesnt put it forward a lot but he'd love the chance to execute some huge gesture or an elaborate date. and if someone did that for HIM??? bro...

🎁 - giving gifts to others

i think hes good at remembering what people like and need, but if he doesnt have an idea beforehand or isnt sure he'll probably resort to a gag gift. so yeah, big gap -- either something perfect and awesome and thoughtful or he's gotten you a shirt that says "i got pegged at cracker barrel old country store"
