Hermana Corrupta is the head nurse who has some holier than thou views and is obsessed with purity. She often abuses the patients. 004 is a theraphy bear from a Russian Circus. He is not well trained and has killed a number of patients but according to Dr. Luft, the fear of him patients have can be very therapeutic.
