Rewatched an episode of the Pitt and heard Santos say she stays a few hours late every day to catch up on her charting. I’m sorry but that’s very bad. She needs some serious coaching and remediation. I am alarmed by the fact that her residency program and multiple attendings she works with are not more actively working on this skill with her. Someone help this poor woman learn to efficiently chart. And I don’t mean Al-Hashimi threatening her. Or Robby shrugging and saying it’s normal to stay hours late to chart. Documentation is a huge burden but this kind of inefficiency is outside the norm and is actually a big problem.
