Finally, had a chance to work on these images after a month of constantly going.

For some time now, Leah and I have been trying to plan a photo shoot. Over the past week, I had contacted Leah, telling her that I wanted to get this thing popping. Our original plan was to do a beach shoot. Coming nearer to the time of the shoot....actually yesterday, it dawned on me (It was raining too yesterday so I had to think of a plan B just in case it rained.) I always see Leah posting on Facebook about how she loves to read and the vast collection of books that she has. So I was like BINGO! We are gonna shoot on her books!!! But she had an even better idea! It so happened that she was thinking along the same lines AND she happened to have access to a library. So she ringed them up and they said COME ON OVER! Everything worked out as planned and we had an awesome shoot despite the fact that she was feeling a bit "flu-ey." It's like the library was set just for this shoot. It was also the first time that I have been in a Library since I left high school...I KNOW! That's sad! BUT....I google everything so I really have no need to go into a library. Leah also has ties to the Southern Public Library, as this is a childhood spot where she used to come and read. Her grandfather, the late Dr. Cleveland Eneas Sr. was also the chairman of the board of trustees for the Library. As Leah sat in this window...she looked over the park, towards the house where her grandparents lived and she started to get teary eyed. She said that the memories were just flooding back into her head. I really enjoyed my time today, getting a bit of history from one of our nation's forefathers, grand daughter. Thanks a lot Leah. For a last minute shoot...we did goodÂ
