I just looked it up, it's Leafypop apparently.

Okay, so, I headcanon Lollipop as being most able to flirt given how direct she was with Bubble and that "No straw needed~" line, and that she's the only one so far (I think?) I've even actually seen flirt on the show.

I also headcanon Leafy is not used to touch given she spent a time in isolation without much contact to anyone. Touch starved, if you will, but also VERY not used to people flirting with her. She doesn't dislike it, she just isn't used to it. So she's very easily flustered!
