       part of autumn knew this wasn't right. she had never been one to lie to her parents yet here she was, sneaking around with someone she wasn't even supposed to get along with. jaxon wasn't just someone, he was the heir to his father's rival company. the two families had hated one another for generations, the brunette had grown up hearing stories about their hatred towards one another but now that she was in love with one of them (not that she had spoken up those three little words to him yet), she couldn't understand why. manicured fingers reached out to run through his dark, raven locks as her warm brown orbs flickered down his attractive features, he always looked so peaceful when he was asleep."j, you fell asleep during a movie, again and it's not even eight pm yet." the female murmured with a small giggle as she pressed her lips to his scruff-covered cheek.

     Innate  CONCEIT  embellished  itself  into  the  foolish  heir’s  handsome  visage.  The  corners  of  his  luscious  lips  upturn,  sprawling  into  the  charming  heir’s  signature  arrogant  smirk.   “  I  had  a  rough  childhood.  I  remember,  one  time  my  parents  took  me  to  Tuscany  for  a  vacation,  so  I’d  be  surrounded  by  art  and  history  —  all that  boring  stuff.  But  it’s  alright,  these  sort  of  tribulations  build  character.  And  that,  I  have  a  lot  of.  Almost,  TOO  much  of.  ”

“Can I help you?” She wondered a moment after swinging her locker door shut and noticing that he was there, trying not to let the surprise register on her features. She hadn’t expected him to come looking for her so soon after their escapade at the lake, but she was still trying to play it cool. As if she had no idea that she was teasing him. “You gonna offer to carry my books for me? It’s going to be a let down if I get all the way through high school and a boy has never carried my books for me. All those teen movies lied.”
