➫ STEVE scribbled onto a piece of paper, finishing up the last of it before giving it one more look over. "Well... Maybe she should have been here for her freakin' kid." He folded the paper up and wrote in big blocky words MOM, placing it propped up on the kitchen island. "At least this way she won't assume I'm dead or something." Steve turned back to Elie and took a deep breath, before an even bigger sigh left him. This was hard but he had put it off long enough, it would keep them safe, in the end. Of course he didn't want anything bad to happen to his parents, not that they ever showed him the same sentiment. With this new bout of bad luck in Hawkins though, he knew it wasn't safe staying here either, he needed to be with the gang and the kids, to protect them most importantly. Everything about him lately had been about keeping everyone safe, he wouldn't even let the girls go out on their own. Not that he thought he could have done this on his own, and it would have been impossible without her, his best friend since elementary. He loved Robin and she would have been great, but not in the same way Elie was. "You think we need anything else? I was gonna bring your brother back here to raid the pantry."

Kol couldn't believe the idea that popped into his head of the discussion that he and Davina had many weeks ago about whether Kol ever had to turn her. "There's one way to beat the curse since it's still gonna take your life, I can turn you that way...when you..." Kol stopped. "We can make you a vampire, I can't live without you, Davina Claire; you're my everything. If I lose you, then I'll end my life myself because there's no greater hell than living in a world without you."

When they had been on their little trip and it had been only the two of them, it all had seemed so simple, so clear. Mika had been open, willing to allow all those foreign feelings only Kendall managed to make him feel. But back home the confliction within the male raised, made some days worse than others. He didn't commit himself to someone, why then did he want to with her? Endless questions circled around his unsettled mind. Kendall really had chosen the wrong day to come see him at his place. "How long are you planning to stay?"

Tate knew that his sister would kill him if she knew, but there was just something about the girl that drove him mad. He made the first move, it was a harmless flirtatious comment and before he knew it, the girl was sleeping in his bed with him. So it wasn't long until he heard his door creaking open. "She fell asleep pretty late tonight. I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to get you alone."
