It was a little hard to answer all your questions since I only "know" wyf's personality well. I'm fine with M but I don't know much about K members, so I didn't really include them.
1. Who is your bias and why why why? Like why do you like them more than the rest?
everything about him is so interesting, he's such a mystery: his past/background (I know it's none of my business but I can't help to wonder), how he got invited among all those A-listers, his left arm tattoo lol, etc... I debate about everything about wyf with other meigeni's (did he finish high-school, in what language does he think, etc...)
I admire his confidence: who else can wear that horrible outfit (you all know which one I'm talking about) without being embarrassed?
he knows what he wants, sticks to his ideals and doesn't give up
not afraid to speak up: "we have four Chinese members", corrected a translator during Mama 2013 presscon, etc...
he's a troll: kriscasso, listed sleeping in his hobbies for his sowk profile, his "@you" in his Mid-Autumn Festival wishes, his IG's fanfan/mr. galaxy discussion, how he manages to keep a straight face despite all the bullshit he's saying (I can fly, I'm the lead dancer, etc...)
all the little things he does that melt my robot heart: e.g. that one time he bought a suitcase to carry his gifts, left his stuffs to fans (!!!) so he could change and try a new shirt, him playing with a little boy on the train to GZ
he's kind and sincere to his fans (cf. the countless posts that have been made and that explain it better than me)
he can be a bit silly but also very mature
I can go on and on but I'll stop here. When I got into exo m, he was the member that stood out the most since he was doing all the talking and that's how I got interested.
2. What is one thing annoying about your bias? (don’t go for that cliche, but he has nothing annoying? not even one moment?)
Well I'm not the gege-is-perfect type, I'm I-make-fun-of-my-bias type. I can't only name ONE thing, I have an endless list! lmao
If I have to pick one, I'd like him to improve his diction. I can't judge much his Korean (+ does it even matter now?) but whether he's speaking English, Mandarin or Cantonese, at times he tends to slur and mumble (especially when he's nervous) making it hard to catch everything he's saying. I guess this was part of the reason why Xu Jinglei made him practice Chinese tongue twisters.
3. Which Exo member has the most similar personality as you? (You can customize)
Luhan? I'm loyal, very proud, can be competitive. He doesn't seem to be upfront with his feelings, I mean if something's bugging him, he'll keep it inside until he can't take it anymore. Sometimes I'm like this too. But when I'm with my friends or people I'm comfortable with, I'm Baekhyun lol The noisy and annoying friend you want to slap (but can't because I'm also scary like D.O.).
4. Who would you date, realistically, if you have a chance? (personality and look wise)
I don't think any of them would suit me. Do I sound obnoxious? lol
In terms of personality: Xiumin? He seems to be responsible, easy-going, understanding and caring. The type to always encourage you. But he's way too quiet for me. Chen maybe? but he seems a little less mature.
In terms of look: I'm only attracted to wyf tbh, too bad our personalities don't match. We could have had it all it lmao He likes to keep things for himself, me too, it just won't work lol He's also too nice for someone like me, I'll feed bad all the time. And he's a mama's boy...
5. Who would you not date?

Tao: he'd expect you to have a perfect body and look great all the time so he could show you off, you'd have to go shopping with, tell him he's good-looking, feed him, help him take his meipai videos, etc... this bish is high maintenance + he's too emo and childish + I don't see him as a man (he's a cute baby panda)
Lay: he'd put his gf on a pedestal, treat her like a princess but too much pressure on the girl
6. Which member is your least favorite and why?
Suho. He seems plain/boring (to me) and tries too hard. I just feel indifferent. To be fair, I know very little about him (probably because I don't find him interesting -> not curious -> don't make the effort to observe/learn about him). But I do feel sorry for him, he trained for 7 years, he's the leader, but other than that? He's not considered a main vocalist and doesn't have much solo activities (correct me if I'm wrong). Suho stans, please don't hate me.
7. Which pairing you would love to see more interactions?
I've never really paid attention to non-kris pairings (besides layhan and hunhan at some point), so I don't really know. I'll say tao+D.O. (sootao?) for the fun of it.
8. Which pairing you think would have been your ultimate favorite if they were just a lot closer?

No. I don't know where to start tbh and I'm a little snob (to me fanfics are poorly written stories with a cliché plot...). Maybe I should give it a try but there are so many books I want to read and I'll probably won't be able to read all of them before I die so???

11. Which part of Exo fandom do you like or hate the most and why?
I like that exo fandom is super fast at everything: translations, uploading fancams/pics, making gifs, edits, etc... I love the jokes too (well most of them).
I hate all the drama. I'm still shocked about what I've seen during the krisis. "Famous" fans mistranslating articles on purpose to make their biases look better, spreading rumors, etc... Some of them were so ridiculous, I still laugh at Luhan who locked himself in the bathroom with a laptop he borrowed to write to his fans. Everyone playing dirty, being nasty and low was very tiring. But I'm glad this opened my eyes, I'm more of a casual exo fan now. Of course I still closely follow wyf but it's not like he has a lot of activities.
