Ingrédients :

250 g. de beurre salé,

1 œuf,

350 g. de sucre de canne roux,

375 g. de farine de blé type T65,

350 g. de pépites de chocolat (côté d’or chocolat au lait, amandes caramélisées et pointe de sel),

vanille liquide,

1 grosse pincée de fleur de sel

surtout PAS de levure

mélanger les ingrédients sauf la farine et le chocolat à mettre en dernier.

ne pas trop mélanger.

disposer sur du papier cuisson

cuire à four moyen (150°C) pendant 10min max, les cookies doivent sembler presque crus quand ils sortent du four.
