Tbh, Laura will be 19 months by Friday, but anyway. Let's call this her 1 1/2 year update. I'll do them every 6 months, I guess? Development: Laura is about 85-86cm tall and weighs in at around 11,85 kg. Recently she's been a bit above average height and weight which is all fine. She's in 12-18 month clothing, though. It currently fits her perfectly. This little girl is SO talkative. She hardly shuts up at all. Her current favorite words are "water" and "hat", which she says with a totally weird, British-like pronunciation. Not sure if I mentioned this here already but Laura is raised bilingual (German/English). She knows lots of animals and can imitate their sounds. By now she definitely understands a lot of what I say. Laura has been walking since she was 14, almost 15 months old. She's fast, way too fast. (So many bruises...) Her head is full of blonde curly hair and I love it. Eyes are still blue and she is 100% right-handed like her Daddy. She loves to draw and color. If it were up to her, we'd never be home. She loves playing outside. Laura has quite a temper going on - we've got tantrums everyday. Unfortunately her eczema is still pretty bad and sometimes we're struggling a lot. I don't want to go into detail here... It's just hard to see your child hurting all over when you can do nothing about it. Eating: Laura is not a fussy eater. She loves veggies (peas, carrots, corn, broccoli, mushrooms, ...), potatoes, pasta and you know, EVERYTHING - but isn't too keen on fresh fruit recently. She hates raspberries and oranges. She stills drinks goat's milk for her nap and BEBA 3 in the evenings. Sleep: One nap a day, nighttime sleep can be anywhere between 8 to 11 hours depending on how her skin is doing.
