For a long while Lydia's coping method had been throwing herself into something that required all of her attention. Luckily for her, she had a history assignment due that she had been putting off due to more pressing life-and-death situations. Deciding to skip lunch, she found an empty classroom and put her things out on a desk, writing down her notes as she searched through things. Facts were simple, they didn't change and they had happened hundreds of years ago so they were never going to, she liked facts.
