It was late at night, and Stiles was exhausted. The pack meeting had been endless, even more so after the fight they had before that. Not with each other, no with some other sort of creature, but of course Peter and Derek couldn't be happy about that, no they used it as a reason to fight again.
Sighing lightly, he looked at Isaac, who seemed clearly uncomfortable with the argument that was going on. " Isaac. " He started, having already tried to calm the two older men down, but it was of no use. " You can crash at mine if you want to. " Stiles mumbled, shrugging his shoulders lightly as if it was no big deal. Scott had already left, probably to sneak over to Allisons for the night, and Stiles knew a bit about Isaac's story.
Of course he didn't know much, Stiles and Scott had made sure to stay away from the beta's , trying to not befriend them at all. In the beginning, it had succeeded, Scott swaying sometimes because Lacrosse and the guy was really just a big puppy. Stiles, well he wasn't really social with the pack in general, not at all. Derek and him got into fights over things, or he discussed strategy with Peter, but he stayed well away from them for the rest of the time For more then one reason actually. Tonight he just felt a bit pity for the other, maybe. And empathy, maybe. And in a way, he would like to not go to an empty house. The last weeks had him suffering slight aches and sleep problems and after the scary fight , well he wouldn't mind having someone else there. Even if it was a half stranger like Isaac.
Now that he thought about it, he should probably tell his Dad about his problems. Ask him if they could go down to go 'fishing' for a weekend. It would be a bonding experience, Stiles had been drifting away from his father and he didn't want that, and maybe a relieve for Stiles. Since the wolves had moved back to town, he hadn't dared to go near the lake or the river in the forest and it seemed that with his body growing so fast, his other part wanted to grow too. Not a nice thing. " Isaac ?" He said again, more to rip himself out of that train of thought, then to remind the other of his presence.
