Life Lately
Has been good to me. Not much drama except for occasional anxiety from my exams but aside from that, I’m stable. And I want to keep it that way. There are so many things that I want to do!
I want to read more, work out more, do yoga and write. I want to read so many books and watch movies. Alone. I know that I love him but I have resolved not to lose myself to him. I will need to have time for me and he gets that. I am so happy to have found someone who is keep on helping me as much as I want to help myself. It’s a blessing. Yet of course I’m on guard for anything that comes up. Last night, he called me just to say he loves me because he fell asleep. Even if I was rushing and busy, he understood. He’s my best friend and I can’t wait to do things with him. But I have learned to save a lot more time for myself.
It’s amazing. I thought I would never love again. It’s funny how wrong you can be. Things that feel so beautiful and amazing can’t just happen once. I used to think it would be impossible to replicate and maybe it is. But it’s better than a replication this time. It’s better. It’s kinder and sweeter. It’s smarter and stronger. It’s exactly what I need.
