Floridian indie electronic project LANNDS, aka Rania Woodard, captivates us with an impassioned and moody new single named Words. Florida based singer songwriter LANNDS stole our hearts away with a tenderly aching beauty named Still last year. She returns in form on Metanoia, the next single off her debut EP “Wide Awake in a Sleepy World”. I find myself subliming into thin air as a diaphanous wave of luscious indietronica washes me away. Silky and airy, sensual and light Metanoia takes my breath away. 22 year old LANNDS, whose roots lie in blues guitar, has traded that past in for delicate synths and twitching beat work to forge a hypnotic brand of dreamy ambient chillwave and electropop.
