I never ever thought of wearing a #ranicolour or anything before this beautiful saree came to me as a gift. I was confused if I should wear this one or not but definitely not thought of discarding as it was a special gift to me by my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Now, why was I confused to wear this beautiful 9 yard? Because I have brown complexion I was/am always conscious of wearing certain colours. One them was "rani" colour but I had always admired this colour as it brightens up the skin tone. A few suggested not to wear while a few suggested to go for it. I went with the few and searched for the blouse pieces that my mother never made. I found this indigo blue blouse piece and told the tailor to take out the design from it's original blouse piece which was in shiny golden colour and prepare the blouse. While strolling in Lajpat Nagar I found a beautiful rani colour earrings which I picked up at 200 bucks and the blue neck piece was a pick up from a Pakistani store in an international trade fair with which I could not find a perfect matching dress and I also needed a Pink or Fushia lipstick so for that #nykaacosmetics was the only spot and then I found a #lakmeabsolute #organoil #pinklipstick . So, I wanted everything new to wear coz it was #durgapujo time and I had everything new from head to toe. My new #sandals were from #bata . With all these collections I managed to look beautiful in this gorgeous georgette #embrodroid saree. This saree broke the stereotype dress colour selection for a #brownskingirls . It's all upto how we carry ourselves. There are a few colour that may not suit us but when it's a gift I try to adore it with the utmost care.
