Hey, MJ, has there been any info on modding support for the MELE? MET has a massive library of mods and I wonder how easy or hard it would be to port them to work with MELE.
Hello! There are so many great mods for the original trilogy, modders are amazing and do awesome work.
I canât say that modding is an area that Iâm technically knowledgeable about. On the general subject, I recommend to check out this video by LadyInsanity - at the timestamp 01:52 thereâs a section called âWhat engine is MELE on? Is MELE moddable?â I also recommend to check out this Reddit post LadyInsanity links in the video description.
Mac Walters said today on Twitter that they have been âbeen in touch with a few in the modding community to learn how best to a) update everyone on changes that will impact existing mods, and b) set the modding community up for success going forward. Itâs ongoing, and weâll discuss in more detail by launch.â [source] The replies to that tweet of Macâs by Twitter user Mgamerz, who is the lead developer for the tools used in the MET modding scene, contain some detailed info on things the efforts of the modding community could benefit from, with regards to modding MELE.
Lady Insanity just out up a video about MELE on YouTube, there's lots of info there for those who're curious. One of the things she confirms, unfortunately, is that the romances stay exactly the same, so mShep can only romance Kaidan starting with ME3, Jack is still only available for mShep and so on..

Thatâs a tough question⌠Not many are still currently active (naturally). I felt kinda sad looking through the earlier parts of my follow list jn because so many blog subtitle bits say stuff like âupdated 5 years agoâ, âupdated 2 years agoâ⌠Also few active folk are DA-only or mostly-DA these days it seems like.

Rather insightful video analysing the poster and speculating ; the YouTuber, Lady Insanity, actually sees the geth shape like I do, but she has detected details I didnât notice (such as additional bodies lying prone on the ground). Overall, a very nice, succinct video (length : 4:06).
