so are we reaching some kind of conclusion about N7 day, and the future of the mass effect franchise? how are we feeling?
tv show is not about shepard
tv show will probably lead to the next game and both tv show and game happen after me3. we think the game happens more or less 600 years after
teaser shows liara might be in it and she finds the remains of an N7 armor in a frozen land
teaser mentions "Ark 6 is away. Godspeed" (I'm trying to find an image teasing angara in the next game, did I dream it????)
N7 still plays a part in it, but we don't know how and if it means the Systems Alliance is still active?
People believe the Renegade/Paragon system is returning
this image tells us relays are being constructed (I think?)
a Krogan Civil War might happen
in the teaser a voice mentions losing contact and asking if anyone can hear them, this might be a reference to this image showing a ship adrift in the middle of a crater
I think we're all relieved the tv show will not feature Shepard, but it's possible Shepard will be in the next game (might be insane of me to say this but I think cryogenics might play a part in it......).
We also have a canon ending that might be introduced: someone in the tag said it happens all the time with games and we might as well just deal with it, and I agree. It's out of our control anyway.
But I also think, no matter what they do in the next game or in the tv show, WE as a fandom, as Gamble pointed out, have OUR story. I remember when that N7 day 2015 video dropped and how genuinely moved we all were. That day was so emotional.
This was a way of saying that no matter what, a part of Shepard and the trilogy will always be with us. And no one and nothing can take that away (including a possible bad tv show or a bad game).
So I'm good no matter what, you know? :)
