👑 Happy Monday beauties!!! I hope you all had a safe & beautiful weekend. I am super excited to be starting the @ladyboss LasyBoss Lean Protein Powder. I’ve been struggling for almost the last year with my weight & the weight that I’ve put on. Because of my back problems (bilateral sciatica, degenerative disc disease, bulging discs pressing on nerves & a narrowing of my whole spinal column) I’ve been extremely limited in my physical capabilities. Which means that I can’t really get up & exercise when I can barely get up and walk. I’ve been really trying hard to love myself no matter what my size is, but it’s extremely hard when this has always been a problem of mine. I’ve suffered from poor body image, body dysmorphic disorder & bulimia for as long as I can remember. Even though I have done what I never thought I could ever do… get AND stay clean, hold down a job, work somewhere I really like & keep my apartment for almost 5 years… I am still having a hard time accepting myself the way I am. I am the first one to tell the next woman to love 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 the way 𝒔𝒉𝒆 is, but I cannot do it for myself.👑 ᯽ 👑Long story short, I decided to do the free trial of @ladyboss - which was for three packets, enough for three shakes. And I’ve used a few protein powders in the past but never really liked them or they would absolutely kill my stomach. But I saw her ad on @youtube and, tbh, I was sold but want to try it first. And then, after the second one, I ordered two large bags (enough for 60 shakes). I add between 6-8oz of almond milk to my shaker cup, add a packet and shake. I think I’m also gonna try adding it to my morning tea!! I’m really hoping that adding the extra protein will help stop the snacking and help me lose of few pounds.
