It’s Spring and the days have been warm. I’ve been walking our labyrinth path among the trees barefoot since March 1st. I’ve been making patterns with stones and pine boughs since then, too. Now my co-housing neighbors have begun to walk the labyrinth more often and have created their own patterns with the pebbles. I love to see the pictures they make. 🐌 Hello, Spring! 🌿

❄️ Merry Yule, my friends!  How are you doing on this longest night of the year?  What are you taking comfort in?  What type of rest are you giving yourself?   This afternoon I enjoyed walking among the falling snowflakes.  Visited the labyrinth in the woods and paused to enjoy the comforting silent beauty of the place.   I loved being surrounded by nature and spending time with my Ancestors.

❄️I believe the imagination is a powerful force for healing and transformation into the people we are meant to become., and that walking the labyrinth path is the perfect tool for the process.
