DESC. ; RATMAN, being a notorious scammer, is trying to teach his methods to his oh so loyal and loving viewers on how to get ‘green paper’ ( aka Money ) with the help of his sidekick, Megan ( or maggot as he calls her ) However, his methods of doing so are rather questionable at best and immoral at worst.

ITS FINALLY OUT!! This took WAYYY longer than it should of imo and I wanna do better with time management in the future. I think it's mainly from the fact I kept getting distracted and or even burnt out at certain points as well as ofc doing the whole process of rendering in shading ( which is something I won't do much when I get to making the actual comic since it'll most likely be in a manga style ).
