Purple Funk SF has partnered with the PRN Alumni Foundation to present; Diamonds & Pearls: A Benefit for Rosie Gaines. March 25th from 4-8 at the Legionnaire in Oakland, CA.
Our parties are usually FREE, however we’re asking for donations of whatever you can give so that we can help support Ms. Rosie Gaines on her journey to wellness. You may have seen the incredible shirts that Steve Parke designed specifically dedicated to Rosie. If you haven’t ordered yours yet, we will have them available for sale as well.100% of the proceeds of this event will go directly to Rosie.
DJ Spooky and Hightop will be spinning nothing but Prince and the Minneapolis Sound. There will be a live acoustic set by the band When Doves Cry, and also a belly dance performance by me 😊
