Kyle had noticed the guy about a week ago. He wasn't sure if he'd been following him longer than that. Kyle tried to tell himself he was being paranoid, not to jump to the worst conclusions. To let the ideas his dad put in his head take over. But the stranger WAS following him.
He could accept his dad wasn't right about everything now. But not this apparently! Someone was coming after him, probably for the secrets he knew! He couldn't call the cops, they could be part of this! So he made a plan. The man was bigger than him. He'd had to plan. So on one of his runs he ran his usual route, one part of it went in an alley way. He stopped when he got there where he had stashed a few things. He used a trash lid to knock the guy off balance before jumping on him and putting a rag over his face.
Kyle had parked his car a bit away, put the guy in it and brought the stalker to his dad's old hunting cabin or rather.... His cabin now he guessed. He'd dragged the guy in, used some chains to bind the guy to the bed. He grabbed his hunting knife and rifle and... Waited. Kyle took deep breaths trying to stay calm.
He could do this.
When the other began to stir he straightened up "I wouldn't suggest struggling. It'll hurt you more than anything else," he said coldly.
