EGG FAST DAY 1! (Español ⬇️) Last month was a fail, but I am praying that I have self discipline to succeed this time. ▫️ My first meal was supposed to be scrambled eggs cooked in butter and topped with cheese, but that changed when someone asked if they can have condiments on the egg fast. The answer to that is yes but in moderation so I changed up my breakfast plans to one of my favorite meals: gooey breakfast bowl. (Swipe to see the gooeyness in a bowl.) Instead of using pizza sauce I used @alternasweets ketchup.
