I watched predator badlands again and the scene of Kwei right before he was killed by his father keeps playing over and over in my head. Kwei crawled to reach his weapon but he ended up choosing his severed arm in order to save his brother. Even Dek yelled at Kwei to pick up his sword. Nothing is quite as important as fighting in the yautja society, so for Kwei to ignore his brother's plea for him to pick up his sword, to ignore his code for the sake of his brother, really shows just how much Kwei loved his brother.
