i hate hate hate how i constantly hear good things about Kat Von D’s brand i hate that the aesthetic of what she does is so good  hate that her formulas are so good because she’s such a shitty ass person. not just that fact she’s not vaccinating her child (which,, is a whole other fiasco,, especially considering she’s a former tattoo artist) but so many other things. her anti-Semitic comments to her boss. how rude she is in general. she’s called people out for doing shit hat she does. not to mention the,,,, interesting,,, choices of advertisement and product names. “Underage Red”????? recreating a Sex Pistols poster that had Sid cuffed to Nancy (which,,, we all know how that relationship ended, right?) “Lolita”???? And LETS NOT FORGET HER INSTAGRAM POST (now deleted) FOR HER CONCEALER.  lots of v weird references. and not one time has she changed or even apologized for any of them. yes, it’s her brand, she can do whatever. but i think there is a line that shouldn’t be crossed, and she’s crossed it more than once. but people still buy her shit and have nothing but good things to say!! the tattoo liner and the famous “got in a car accident and it stayed on”. people say how “unique” and “amazing” her lipsticks and aesthetics are. i wish she wasn’t such a shitty person.
