‘सप्ताह का प्रादर्श’ (24-30 अगस्त, 2020 तक) देव संग्रह देवताओं और पैतृक नायकों का टेराकोटा भित्ति चित्रण facbook link : https://www.facebook.com/onlineIGRMS website link : https://igrms.com/wordpress/?page_id=852 कोविड-19 महामारी के प्रसार के कारण दुनिया भर के संग्रहालय बंद है लेकिन यह सभी अपने दर्शकों के साथ निरंतर रूप से जुड़े रहने के लिए विभिन्न अभिनव तरीके अपना रहे हैं। इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय मानव संग्रहालय ने भी इस महामारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई चुनौतियो का सामना करने के लिए कई अभिनव प्रयास प्रारंभ किए है। अपने एक ऐसे ही प्रयास के अंतर्गत मानव संग्रहालय ‘सप्ताह का प्रादर्श’ नामक एक नवीन श्रृंखला प्रस्तुत कर रहा है। पूरे भारत से किए गए अपने संकलन को दर्शाने के लिए संग्रहालय इस श्रंखला के प्रारंभ में अपने संकलन की अति उत्कृष्ट कृतियां प्रस्तुत कर रहा है जिन्हें एक विशिष्ट समुदाय या क्षेत्र के सांस्कृतिक इतिहास में योगदान के संदर्भ में अद्वितीय माना जाता है। यह अति उत्कृष्ट कृतियां संग्रहालय के ‘AA’और ‘A’ वर्गों से संबंधित हैं। इन वर्गों में कुल 64 प्रादर्श हैं। राजस्थान के मोलेला के कुम्हार टेराकोटा भित्ति चित्रों पर अपनी रचनात्मकता के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं। देव संग्रह एक टेराकोटा भित्ति है जिस पर 20 देवी-देवताओं और पूर्वज नायकों को पारंपरिक रूप से दर्शाया गया है। इस भित्ति पर बनाए गए मुख्य देवी-देवता गणेश, दुर्गा, सरस्वती, शिव, कृष्ण और सूर्य हैं। पूर्वज नायकों में से पंखी घोड़ा, ढोला मारू, साडु माता, लाला फूला इतवारी माता, एवं हांड माता महत्वपूर्ण हैं। सामान्यतः पूजा के लिए देवी-देवताओं और पूर्वज नायकों के लिए अलग-अलग भित्ति चित्र बनाए जाते हैं, लेकिन जब सभी को एक स्थान पर दर्शाया जाता है, तब इसे देव संग्रह के रूप में जाना जाता है। दीवार के ऊपरी हिस्से को साजा के रूप में जाना जाता है, इसमें मंदिर का एक शीर्ष भाग शामिल है और इसे पुष्पित दीवार और बुर्ज से सुसज्जित किया गया है। देव संग्रह एक कलाकार की व्यापक रचनात्मकता को दर्शाता है, जिसने इसे एक ही पैनल पर देवी-देवताओं की एक साथ उपस्थिति दर्शाने के लिए बनाया था। राजस्थान के विभिन्न लोक और जनजातीय समुदायों जैसे- भील, गरासिया, रबारी, कुम्हार, सुतार, जाट आदि द्वारा ऐसी कलात्मक और सजावटी वस्तु को रखा जाता है। आरोहण क्रमांक : 96.946 स्थानीय नाम: देव संग्रह जनजाति/समुदाय : कुम्हार स्थान: उदयपुर, राजस्थान माप: ऊंचाई : 182.88 सेमी; चैड़ाई: 121.92 सेमी; श्रेणी :’AA‘ #devsangrah #kumhar #potter #potters #molela # https://www.instagram.com/p/CERRHuJjmb0/?igshid=5u4bva4s1fuy

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (National Museum of Mankind) has also taken up many new initiatives to face the challenges posed by this pandemic. In one such step it is coming up with a new series entitled ‘Object of the Week’ to showcase its collection from all over India. Initially this series will focus on the masterpieces from its collection which are considered as unique for their contribution to the cultural history of a particular ethnic group or area. These masterpieces belong to the “AA” & “A” category. There are 64 objects in these categories. The potters of Molela, Rajasthan are well known for their creativity on terracotta murals. Dev Sangrah is the terracotta mural on which 20 deities and ancestral heroes are depicted in a traditional manner. The main deities shown in this mural are Ganesha, Durga, Saraswati, Shiva, Krishna and Surya. Among the ancestral heroes Pankhi Ghora, Dhola Maru, Sadu Mata, Lala Fula Ethwari Mata, and Hand Mata are important. Generally, separate murals are made for deities and ancestral heroes for worship, but when all are depicted at one place, it is known as Dev Sangrah. The upper portion of the mural, known as saja, comprises a top portion of the temple and is decorated with a floral parapet wall and turret. Dev Sangrah reflects the utmost creativity of an artist who created it to depict an accumulated presence of the deities on a single panel.
