It always good to try things you don’t like a few times! As a child, Kūlolo (Hawaiian dessert made primarily with baked or steamed grated taro corms and either with grated coconut meat or coconut milk) was not on my list of sweets. My mom, on the hand, loves Kūlolo. We found @tomkulolo out in Las Vegas who makes it and bought some to try. It was still warm so my mom had to take a slice. She was in onolicious heaven! She convinced me to try it and I LOVED IT! Not sure how this guy makes it but he made me a Kūlolo fan!
