#kuffr

Assalamu Alaikum.

There is no difference in opinion that things like porn, committing extra/pre-marital sex are to be zina(adultery) which is haram(forbidden) in Islam. If a Muslim does zina, he will still be a Muslim but if she does blasphemy (religious/mazhabi) sex or enjoy such porn/sexual acts against Islam, then it is not zina anymore, it is kuffr(act of disbelief).Blasphemy is identified as one of the highest forms of kuffr by all Muslim scholars around the world. Zina will take you to hell fire only for a limited period of time while kuffr will doom you to eternal hell fire.So, Muslims who believe in life after death shouldn’t gamble their entire eternal life for a few minutes/hours/days of earthly fun with blasphemy kuffr.

Here is Allah’s answer to the Muslim blasphemers during the time of the prophet.

(At-Tawbah 9:65-66). “If they [the blasphemers] were questioned, they would say we were just talking and playing. Say to them: Is it Allah, his Ayat and his Messenger you were belittling!!.Do not give any excuse.You committed kufr after you had the belief“

From the above verses, 2 things are clear.

1.  There is “NO EXCUSE” for blasphemy. Even if you do/say it for fun and entertainment only without meaning it, still it is not an excuse.

Allah is your master who created you and gave you all the favors to live in this world.In return, he asked you to worship him only and be a grateful slave to him. But if you blaspheme him, by mocking the biggest act of worship for him -The Salah(namaz), or by desecrating his house –the Masjids or desecrating his verses –the Quran, or by abusing his Messenger and family, or by claiming to worship some ones body parts instead of him, or by trying to belittle him in any other way, then you are being an ungrateful slave to your master. There is no excuse for such ungratefulness and disobedience to your creator.

2.  Blasphemers mentioned in this verse were Muslims who had the belief earlier but they committed kufr by doing blasphemy.

According to Islam, there are certain harams that a Muslim should forbid in order to remain as a Muslim.The biggest one among those harams is kuffr. It is the basic thing that differentiates a Muslim and a kaffir.Kuffr includes acts like shirk(polytheism), ridah(blasphemy and apostasy)etc.Anyone who does such acts/speeches of kuffr will become a kaffir even if he considers himself to be a Muslim.

Most people who does blasphemy porn/sex against Islam are murtads (ex-Muslims) and Kaffirs(non-believers). As these people aren’t believers they try to express their hatred towards Islam and Muslim community through blasphemy. Some of these peoples even claims to be Muslims as they are trying to attract Muslims with weak iman(faith) towards blasphemy.Such people are identified in Islam as Munafiqs meaning a non believer who is pretending/claiming to be a Muslim outside. Some Ignorant Muslims with extremely weak iman and lack of knowledge about Islam fall into their trap and ends up supporting them against Islam and Muslims.This makes them to loose their religion and becomes kaffir.

If you believe in Islam and considers yourself to be a Muslim, then you must stay away from all kinds of blasphemy.If you had already committed or enjoyed blasphemy against Islam in the form of sex,porn or any other means, then repent immediately and make tawba. Take shahadah again and return to Islam. Otherwise you are still in the state of kuffr and none of your good deeds will be accepted by Allah and if you die in this state, you will be doomed to eternal hell fire where you will burn for ever.

May Allah save us all from the punishments of hell and grant us Jannah.

What is the ruling on someone mocking a Muslim woman wearing the Islamic Hijab (veil) or describes her as being a ghost or a moving tent and other insulting words?

Answer: Anyone who mocks a Muslim man or woman for adhering to the Shari‘ah [Islamic law] is a Kafir [disbeliever]. This is regardless of whether they are making fun of a Muslim woman wearing the proper Islamic Hijab or any other matter of the Shari‘ah. Abdullah ibn ‘Umar [may Allah be pleased with them both] narrated: “During the campaign of Tabuk a man said in an assembly, ‘I have never seen anyone like these Qur’an readers of ours. They have the biggest stomachs, the most lying tongues and they are the most cowardly when encountering the enemy.’ Another man said, ‘You are lying, and you are a hypocrite. I will most certainly tell the Messenger of Allah [may the peace and salutations of Allaah be upon him] [what you have said].’ The news was reported to the Messenger of Allah [may the peace and salutations of Allaah be upon him], then the Qur’an was revealed (concerning this incident). ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar said, ‘I saw him (that man) hanging onto the saddle of the she-camel of the Messenger of Allah, [may the peace and salutations of Allaah be upon him], stumbling over the stones while saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah, we were just jesting and playing.’ The Messenger of Allah [may the peace and salutations of Allaah be upon him] was reciting the Qur’anic Ayah (verse): “Was it at Allâh (Exalted and Sublime), and His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (peace be upon him) that you were mocking? Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If we pardon some of you, we will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals.)” Therefore, ridiculing the believers is likened with ridiculing Allah, His Signs and His Messenger.
