I just finished a rewatch. Her progression into being kinda stupid predated even the ~gas leak~ year, and they didn’t do much to reverse it when Dan Harmon came back. It’s weird. In the beginning she and Jeff were pretty evenly matched with wits, but I guess they found the dynamic too borig

TO be honest one of my biggest issues with the show is that aspects of it feel too similar to the movie, only not as good. There is plenty I do like about the show, but I’ll confess to being pretty underwhelmed by it. I had really high hopes, that book series is very special to me
so, like, i havent seen the movie since it came out i havent seen anything but trailers for the series and i’m not a nerd so i don’t read a damn thing my dudes
but from all the complaints that i’ve ever gathered from the movie, is that it was primarily because it tried to cram... 3.. books into one film? maybe more. but what did seem to be the case was that it pretty much nailed the visual style the books were going for
