In my opinion, the most important way to ensure things stay active is to stay consistent with your updates and your adminning! If you have an acceptance schedule, stick to it. Have inactive accounts in your friends list? Clear them out regularly so they aren't hogging a spot someone else could take. I firmly believe that showing your members you care about the community by updating regularly goes a long way.

Feedback from your members should be taken into account too, creating that community feel that is also important!

Yes, it is active! I was away for a bit once again, but I am back and will be processing everything this morning!
