Villain/hero ships, that's just such a good dynamic. The tension, the opposing sides, the conflict of morals between the two parties. Ah. Glorious.

Additionally, this features Kronos possessing the body of the person who was, objectively, Percy's first crush. So. Physical attraction sure is there. ;D

Then there's of course that layer of the ultimate sugar daddy, I mean he's the king of kings, the ruler of the world.

The greatest appeal in this ship is dark!Percy. Percy, who just finally says fuck you to the gods and turns on them. Because they just deadass do not deserve Percy.

The rebellion was very much a good idea, the problem was how they went about it; Luke just sold them out to be used as puppets. Things didn't get better for them.

So I like the angle of Percy negotiating for better treatment of the demigods. Becoming Kronos' equal in this fight.

Though, not gonna lie, for the sake of porn this ship is great for non-con/dub-con dark stuff, obviously; an angle most villain/hero ships offer.

1: What inspired you to write the fic this way?

I’m not sure what “this way” would mean, tbh. Because... any other way and they’d be entirely different, other fics? xD”

In the cases of Trophy Wife and War Trophy it’s uh all about that porn and it was during my non-con/dub-con phase so that’s what led to it being that way?

As can be seen by Timeless Omega, which happened after said phase and thus turned out... uh... more consensual? It also turned out ABOverse because it was written specifically for my Alphas of Percy Jackson series.

2: What scene did you first put down?

The first. It’s always the first. I’m a chronological writer; I don’t like the “I have one scene in my head and start with that and work backward” approach; I start at the beginning and work my way toward whatever made me write a fic.

4: What’s your favorite line of dialogue?

Yeah no, sorry, I don’t remember either of the fics well enough to remember actual dialog from it. Not even the one that’s “only” four years old, that is still a lot of years... and a lot of fics that happened since. ^^°

Sorry for the disappointing answer, I just, I have too many oneshots to remember them all in detail for years to come.

5: What part was hardest to write?

None; I don’t remember having any hard part in either of the fics. They’re porn written while I was in a porn-writing mood and there’s barely anything that goes smoother than that. ;D

Not... not much for War Trophy and Trophy Wife; I haven’t looked back at them in many years, because I’ve outgrown the dub-con/non-con phase and it’s... it’s not something I enjoy anymore. I wouldn’t call it regret though; that was a huge-ass phase for me and to this day War Trophy is my second most popular oneshot... out of ALL of them. I’ve just... personally moved on from them?

For Timeless Omega? I really love playing with “Percy who is done with the gods’ shit why tf would he fight for their side?” and with the wild aray of pairings that thinking opens, among them at the top definitely Kronos/Percy. So, I liked playing with this “What If?” a lot.
