Okay so I haven’t watched the last three episodes of TUA yet so I don’t know if this is actually addressed in the show or not but I also imagine that when Klaus went back in time to the 60’s Ben just..wasn’t with him. Because technically Ben hadn’t even been born yet and honestly how would time travel for a spirt even work? So just imagine Klaus’ confusion at not being able to talk to the one person he was able to rely on and being utterly lost and alone (ps if this is addressed just ignore me)
