Yet another KrolFred fic
Guess who cranked out another KrolFred fic because my brain wouldn’t shut up about making a (pretentious) grim-dark version: ME! I present to you: A Curious Case Of Death
Summary: Angels inevitably fall and burn when they play with the devil. Only few of them avoid such fate. But when he realizes that his prey had meant to die from the start, he decides to give him a few more years. – At 18, Alfred had been inflicted with a curious case of death during a rainy summer night in Königsberg. We developed an idea that Alfred was rescued from winter forest by Count von Krolock himself. They formed some sort of a bond as Alfred stayed at the Krolock’s castle. Sometimes the Count joined Alfred in the library and watched as the student quenches his thirst for knowledge. Krolok found this amusing, because his own thirst was not so easy to quench
