couldn't get a good shot of the 3 hummingbirds battling over the feeder, but noticed this unassuming little guy resting on top of the fence in the sunshine. These little red-brown-orangey moths are always all over the place in the garden

Those Dancin' Kremlings
Kritters In Mario Strikers
So as we know, members of the Kremling Crew such as Kritters have shown up sports events like Mario Power Tennis. They have shown up in others sports events such as the Mario Strikers ones.
Kritters have been in both Mario Strikers Charged and Super Mario Strikers. Thus, just like their appearance in Mario Power Tennis, further cementing the DK games are canon. Written by Eris the Lorekeeper
Bricktick, a natural parasite of Soroboruo. Due to its talent, "Jumpstart", it can absorb five plasma-typed attacks each combat. For each of these attacks, it "charges up" its dexterity stat. It preys on uncovered electrical outlets and sleeping plasma-typed kritters, of which it latches onto and leeches energy from for as long as it can go undiscovered by the victim. Despite being Toxin/metal typed, this kritter possess exactly zero toxin or metal typed moves. Because of this specific typing, this kritter has the anatomical makeup of an alkaline battery (as well as the added bonus of taking neutral damage from plasma-typed moves, so that even after it becomes vulnerable to plasma attacks, it will still be a viable option). Bricktick's favorite food is electricity generated from a solar panel. It's favorite drink is static electricity from an artisan rug. In the event that one of your precious allies has become afflicted by a Bricktick, it is advised to swiftly remove it with a pair of rubber gloves. If you have no rubber gloves, simply grab it and pray.
was watering the society garlic today and noticed small lizard head poking up over the bricks! thought maybe thirsty so I poured some water over on the bricks near him and he crawled all the way up onto the bricks and was licking at the water! I was pretty close to him and he didn't run at first. but then I put some water on a paper plate and went to set it near him and he zipped away. I hope he saw it/finds it. My day is now made!! lizards are so cool i love them

sip...sip...sip...sip...
temps been warming up a bit and the first thing I see when I wake up and open my blinds is a hummingbird sippin' on the feeder. He didn't get scared away when he saw me either so I said hello. They've been showing up all day and there's at least 3 of them.
First thing I saw walking outside was a huge monarch butterfly flitt'n around. I step outside and I smell the distinct aroma of a bbq grill and then realize someone is cooking burgers nearby.
I start to water the daisies that I finally planted yesterday (and wildflowers) and then go to refresh the birdbath and I hear the unmistakable wvbwvbwvbwvWVBVWBWVbvwvbwvwbvbvww sound of a hummingbird buzzing me. Felt like it was within a foot of my head.
Then as I was watering I noticed the other big bug that showed up once it got warm: a medium sized gray and black flecked grasshopper that flew out of one of the plants I rinsed and landed on the fence.
I also heard there's massive surf down at the beach. I want to get out there at least once this year!
