Anyways here’s how I think that would ensue

Rumi’s been grieving Jinu for days and when his face emerges from the glass of her sword to greet her it’s a tearful emotional reunion but at the same time Rumi wants to make sure she’s not going crazy so she runs to Zoey with her blade and goes:

Rumi: You see him too, right? RIGHT???

Zoey: *stares in silence and pulls out one of her shin-kals with Mystery in it*

Mystery: Uhm … hello?

Jinu: What the … Mystery?!

Rumi: *rubbing her eyes bc she can’t believe what she’s seeing*

Both girls rush to Mira’s bedroom with their weapons to inform her

Zoey: Mira, this is insane!! You will NOT believe what just happe-

Mira: *is hanging her gok-do with Abby’s soul in it upside down outside of her balcony and looks behind her shoulder* Urgh, great. Your gear is possessed too?

Jinu: Abby, is that you in there?

Mystery: Oh no …

Abby: JIN !!! MYST !!! You gotta help me, man, she wants to shatter me!!! She’s crazy!!!

Mira: I send my spear to get fixed all the time, no biggie.

Abby: “NO BIGGIE”???!!! What about me?!

Mira: Well if you somehow manage to survive the fall, I get to kill you again which totally floats my boat.

The girls have no idea how to get these guys out of their vessels and their last resort is to call Celine but that means they’ll have to explain to her how they got in this situation in the first place … meaning they have to admit they initiated an entire mission against a fraud demon boy band without consulting her. That outta be fun.

It gets even more unhinged when you realise Romance and Baby will most likely wish to take vengeance on their fallen comrades only to find them alive and well doing chores in the Huntr/x tower like househusbands while their wives are outside demon hunting (lightest punishment they could ever receive for breaking the Honmoon)

Abby: I cleaned Mira’s room and did the laundry. I think she'll find me less detestable now! :D

Romance: Dang you’re lucky.

Baby: Lucky?! Did you suddenly forget what those girls did?!

Romance: *shrug* They seem alive to me!

Baby: *facepalm*

Here are some headcannons I now have for Rumi for after the movie.

- She continously bites the inside of her cheeks/lips because she has those bigass chompers now and shes not used to them, and even as she learns to manuver around them she keeps accidentally biting them. I dont think she would ever get snake bites because they would keep clashing against her teeth.

- instead of her eyes glowing yellow they glow purple because they are the opposite of the color wheel and her original pattern colors.

- When she is feeling insicure her pattern colors change towards more purple. So when Zoey and Mira see purple they are immediately: CUDDLE TIME!!

- i love Rumi's hair and how her long braid gives her a unique line of action whenever she moves and almost looks like a tail. But I think she cuts her hair after the movie, not a whole Jinx Pixie cut but she cuts it to be layered. Maybe a whole ass Jellyfish so she can still have that long ass braid but its still new and she can create new memories. But also its short Like Zoey, long like Mira, and a braid like her.

Note: I do think Celine put Rumi in that haircut because we do see Tiny Rumi with it and it never changes. I know we never see the girls interact with their hair but we see Celine braiding Tiny Rumi's hair and in the cut content Jinu tells Rumi to let her hair down more often and I do think Celine has something to do with it? Maybe to make her look like her mom so at least she could look at her. Fuck Celine.

- I think the girls absolutely told Bobby whats going on behind the scenes if he didnt already know, but after the whole scene of Rumi revealing her patterns and even Bobby saw those they HAD to tell him. And All he can do is hug Rumi. And all he can say is: "Look at my beautiful girl. Look at all of my beautiful girls."

- None of the girls had a father figure that they could trust, and so Bobby kinda became that because Rumi never knew her father, Mira was the black sheep and so she probably does not like her father or was disowned at most by her family, and from the cut stuff, her notes (and tbh from personal experience) Zoey came from a divorced family and probably moved to South Korea with her mom.

In the mean time, let's try not to get into anymore fandom discourses, and just let us enjoy our own things, of each other sides of the fandom, alright?

Like, obviously there's the part where he's a 400+ year old demon adjusting to modern life.

But also that he's had severe food insecurity.

And on top of that, having a surplus of food was his greatest source of shame. He was tortured with that shame for centuries.

Plus he was tortured for centuries.

He also now has to contend with the consequences of his plan -- lots of people lost their souls because of him.

And having to face Rumi again after what he did to her at the idol awards, and being back after sacrificing himself.

B-plot of Derpy and Sussie doing random shit that slightly inconveniences the A-plot

“Hey, where’s Perry?” but it’s Rumi with Derpy and Sussie because how the FUCK did she lose a giant demon tiger and a snazzy bird wearing a hat

Don’t bring Jinu back to life (at least fully), leave him gone/partially gone so it doesn’t make his sacrifice less impactful. Make him in Rumi’s sword, and he can talk to her (and only her (and Derpy and Sussie because they’re his children))

Have him talk to Rumi at the most inconvenient times to make her seem like she’s talking to herself and have Mira and Zoey slowly back out of the room every time they walk in on it (like The Core and Andrias in Amphibia Abridged)

Alternatively: Finn Sword from Adventure Time where you can just see a Tiny Jinu ™️ chilling inside her sword

Now on the island they were getting overwhelmed until the demon hunter that’s been fighting there appears, saving the girls.
