Haven’t been feeling amazing the last few days, so I’m behind in my RP challenge, again. :( Also, while it is the 17th (when I posted this) I’m going to post Day 17 later, because I want to do something different for it.

Day 13:  What is your character’s daily routine, from the early misty mornings to the star-speckled night? How strict is your character to following this routine? How does your character respond to their daily routine being disrupted?

Telethan Fireblossom: Uh. I don’t really have a daily routine? I wake up. Eat and get dressed. If I have company, I’ll quickly shoo them out the door. And then I do whatever until I go to bed.

Korthek: The void has no need for schedules. 

Miranda Milden: Well, I wake up at 7:30 AM every morning. I wash up and make my bed, and then I make myself breakfast from the local ingredients I purchase at the market. After that, I usually spend between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM gathering various reagents from the forest. Between 11:00 AM and 12 PM I make lunch for myself, and then at around noon I open my fortune telling business until about six. After that, I don’t really have a schedule, but I usually try to get to sleep around 11:00 PM.

Day 14:  Music time! Pick and link one song that describes the following for your character:  their day in general, party anthem, really long gryphon ride, and battle music.

Telethan Fireblossom: Day in General - My day is completely energetic! Party Anthem - *starts dancing* Really Long Gryphon Ride - I’m sorry. Battle Music - This song really gets me going! Wanna fight?!

Korthek: Day in General - Power and darkness fits my day perfectly. Party Anthem - Who doesn’t like a little mischief? Really Long Gryphon Ride - Gryphon. If you do not move faster, I will ensure your death. Battle Music - Writhe in agony as the darkness consumes you!

Miranda Milden: Day in General - I suppose it’s more of a work theme. Party Anthem - It’s catchy!  Really Long Gryphon Ride - Please! Go faster! Battle Music - I will not hold back. Shall we begin?

Day 15:  List three of your character’s most valuable and favorite possessions. How did your character obtain it or whom gave it? Do they hide these items for other people or proudly display them? What would be your character’s reaction to one of them breaking, missing, or stolen in front of them?

Telethan Fireblossom: Three? Having two valuable possessions is pretty difficult, but three is a bit excessive, don’t you think? Anyway, my favourite and most valuable possession is an inferno ruby pendant that my master gave me when I completed training. As far as I know, it’s not magical, but I still cherish it because of the fond memories I have of those days. I don’t really display it, even though I wear it constantly. If someone asks about it, I just say it’s a silly little trinket. If it was broken or stolen? Well, I think there would be plenty of fire and burning.

Korthek: Honestly, do you think I would tell you something that is precious to me? If I did, it would become a weakness of mine, easily manipulated by others. My most valuable possession was the Grimoire of Aramachus, although I so kindly donated that to a “friend” of mine. It just so happened to have been stolen, and I’m still furious about that.

Miranda Milden: Well, there’s my deck of tarot cards that my mother gave me. I keep those stored away, so nobody ever sees them. Next, we have my other deck of tarot cards, that I use more regularly for business purposes. Where I got them is a secret, but they’re magically enchanted, and incredibly accurate. The pictures in them move as well. Nobody ever asks about it, because they’re too busy asking what they want to know. A third object? Oh dear. Let’s see...

Oh! I almost forgot I have a rock that I managed to take from Gilneas! It’s a piece of home that has absolutely no value, but it’s still important to me. If anything (minus the rock) was stolen from me, I’d be very upset, and would ask Melathor for assistance!

Day 16:  Your character accidentally swallowed a deadly poison. (I mean c’mon, who leaves that stuff just lying around?) Your character has 24 hours to live. What would they do with their time?  Be detailed. And then, psych! Turns out the goop your character ingested will only bring about a high fever, bloating and horrible gas, along with blotches of an incredible itchy rash. What is their reaction to not dying and mentioned side-effects?

Telethan Fireblossom: I’d immediately go to see Aethas and get his help. There has to be some spell or counter-elixir that could cure me, right? Aethas is pretty damn smart, and would probable be my best bet for survival. And fel, if it didn’t work, at least I got to spend my last day with my closest friend.

And when it turns into the other effects instead, I would totally wish I was going to die, because that would be so damn embarrassing. Also, why did I have this poison in the first place? DOES SOMEONE WANT ME DEAD?

Korthek: Obviously one of my remaining acolytes heard what happened to the others and desires me dead would be my thought at learning I was poisoned. I would then beseech my dark masters for their aid in purging the vile corruption from my body. They would no doubt answer my calls and remove whatever foul liquid was in my system.

Miranda Milden: I rather frequently make love potions for customers (they’re actually a delicious mixture of local flora that taste wonderful). Sometimes when I’m thirsty I’ll drink one, and obviously I made a mistake! How did I not see this coming?! I would quickly run to Melathor for help. He is my only friend in the region, so if I was going to die, I would like to say good bye to him and Malkirath. 

Day 12:  Describe your character’s shoes in great detail, one pair that they use or treasure the most. Where did they get them from or who gave them to your character? When or where does your character wear them? Then write a small blurb about what would happen if your character lost them.

Telethan Fireblossom: My shoes are designer made, fashioned from enchanted embersilk to give it both excellent fire resistance, and give a lovely glowing appearance while I channel my pyromancy. I refuse to disclose the identity of the individual who made them, because that’ll probably raise their prices! I wear them pretty often (although I have several pairs, so alternate), especially when in a hot environment, as they keep my feet from drowning in sweat. If I lost a pair, I’d probably just switch to another. While I love my shoes, it’s not like I have a favourite pair.

Korthek: Hmph. I don’t know. They’re gray? They match the rest of my outfit. Why do you even care? They’re shoes. Ugh. If I lost them I would go barefoot until I found them, or replaced them.

Day 10:  Does your character have any criminal record. If no, why not? (Example: It is not in your character’s nature.) If yes, list them starting with the earliest in glorious detail. 

Telethan Fireblossom: Nah, I don’t have a criminal record. However, that said, of course I’ve committed crimes! They’re just not on record. ;)  I’ve often been tasked with doing less-than pleasant things for my superiors, such as torture, espionage, and other things I’m not comfortable talking about. 

Korthek: I highly doubt any of my crimes are on record, but if they were, I would assume it would primarily include murder. I’ve sacrificed plenty of innocents in my pursuit of power.

Miranda Milden: Nope! I am innocent of any crimes! Why do I need a reason as to why I don’t have a criminal record? That’s ridiculous. 

Day 11:  What is your character’s weaknesses and flaws? What is their strengths and things they are excel at? Maybe something your character is training towards or currently learning?

Telethan Fireblossom: My biggest weakness? Loyalty, probably. I’d do almost anything Aethas asks me. Hell, I slept with a deranged warlock out of my loyalty to him (it was to gather intel, I swear). As for my strengths? Obviously pyromancy! You should see some of the things I can do with fire.

Korthek: Weakness? Pah. I have no such things now. I have cast all my weaknesses aside in exchange for the power I desire. No, that is not a weakness. Silence! My mastery over the void shall destroy you!

Exams have been keeping me busy, but I have a tiny break now, so behold, days 6 7 8 & 9.

Day 5:  What is one thing your character wishes they could change in the past and why? (If nothing comes to mind, then what is something your character would like to erase from their past and why?)

Telethan Fireblossom: Uh, probably to fix my last relationship before it ended. I miss it sometimes, although I totally know it was my fault that I fucked it up.

Korthek: I would have warned Gul’dan about what would happen if he went to the Tomb of Sargeras. While I no longer have loyalties to the Shadow Council, it still would have been nice to see the chaos Gul’dan could have inflicted upon Azeroth had he lived. A substitute just can’t make up for lost years.

Each day I struggle to force myself into this this. I refuse to surrender. I was going to do a family tree, but it was being finicky.

Day 4:  List and describe some of your character’s family:  Uncles/Aunts, Parents, Siblings, Grandparents, Cousins, Sons/Daughters, Nieces/Nephews, and even close friends that could be considered. Bonus: Draw a family tree. Which ones influenced your character the most or at all? Which relatives does your character NOT get along with and why? IF your character’s family is unknown, then describe the family they wish to create or daydream about.

Telethan Fireblossom: I hate listing my family, so I’m going to make this brief and only talk about my immediate family, okay? - Olevar Fireblossom - My father. He was a nobleman in Silvermoon and perished during the Scourge invasion. He was a dick and I hated him. - Illendra Fireblossom - My mother. She was born Illendra Sundancer and was a fairly popular artist producing several famous works of art. She also died during the Scourge invasion. She would do anything my father asked, and I resented her for that. - Aventas Fireblossom - My older brother. He was a mage that travelled to Northrend with Kael’thas, where he perished. He was the family favourite, so I felt some pity for him, but that’s about it.

So yeah. Totally didn’t love my family. Do I regret that? Sure. Would I go back in time to fix it? Maybe. For now, that is how I felt when they were alive.

Korthek: I refuse to discuss my family any more. These questions irritate me and I could care less about them at all. (OOC: That, and my brain is dead right now OTL.)

Day 2: Growing up, whom where your character’s role models? What did your character want to do when they grow up? What were your character’s hopes and dreams?

Telethan Fireblossom: Role models weren’t really my thing. As for what I wanted to be, I wanted to be super cool and powerful when I grew up. I’ll take my current devilishly handsome and hot, of course.

Korthek: Pah. I had no role models during much of my life. It wasn’t until Gul’dan began teaching the warlock arts that I truly aspired to be anything other than a weak shaman. I wanted power. It was all that mattered to me, and the elements would not provide me it. I wanted to rule.
