As you may or may not know, I’ve been searching for people to help me run this blog.

For the past week, I let someone take over koreanxrap.

Since then the blog has been more active, earning more likes, reblogs and followers.

So without further ado, I would like to welcome Kylee as a new admin to koreanxrap! @bournivals

Hey everyone!

I’ve had this blog for almost 2 years now and it’s still crazy to me to see how much it’s grown. However, there are times when I’m really active and there are times when I’m not. I’d like to provide more info about khiphop and keep my followers updated but I’ve been so busy that I can’t do it on my own. I’ve decided that I should get some help maintaining this blog.

To be an admin, you would be required to regularly post updates on various khiphop artists and reblog any khiphop related posts. Answering messages is important. I usually never have time to answer them so I hope to improve on that aspect. It would be great if you could make gifs or edits as well. You are welcome to write posts about your opinions of anything khiphop related. Also, I always have fun talking to my followers so even having some discussions on the dash is nice. I just want the admins to enjoy running this blog.

There are certain qualities I am looking for in an admin. I’m looking for someone that is obviously a khiphop fan. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a fan but it would be preferable if you know some information about khiphop artists so you could provide those details for anyone who sends a message and help them out.

I need someone who can keep this blog active. I know everyone gets busy so I’m not expecting you to be online every single day. But I would like this blog to be very active which means making sure there are posts in the queue and posting updates when required.

It’s okay if you don’t have any admin experience but I would like to see your own blog. Don’t worry, I won’t be stalking! I just want to know your style of blogging and perhaps see your gifs and edits if you make any.

The most important qualities I’m looking for is someone that has a passion in khiphop, friendly and easy to get along with. I don’t want this to feel like a job. We’re here to spead the khiphop love so be nice to the followers and just have an awesome time!
