this means a lot to me because while i was in school i was pushed away from photography and told to pursue illustration instead, so i ended up channeling a lot of my photography interest into gifs and screencaps for this blog. being told i have a good eye for photography is the compliment i didnāt know i needed these past 5 years of running this blog, so thank you so much and youāre welcomeĀ āŗ
I work at a TV station and i had to ask the same question when we did a story about how badly Sussex County needs vol firefighters and the way it works is the gov't pays for their training, their gear and equipment. Sometimes they'll be offered free housing, but usually you just get trained up, go home, and wait for a call/emergency i guess while you're still?? Working?? 40+ hours a week at another job?? Its really messed up.
that seems both scummy as hell, and also incredibly dangerous!
like, i would want people in such a dangerous job to be fully rested when they work! in the uk, firefighters stay on call at the station for the length of their shift, and thereās like beds and stuff there too if they need them?
plus theyāre paid pretty well (i think? above average at least), since itās both an important and dangerous job
also i already deleted the post this was a response to, but basically, itās about american firefighters apparently not getting paid

I said it really worth it, there ton of music that just really good (I have a couple of favorite music in the game already), really colorful and really fun, hoping they add more rhythm games likeĀ DEEMOĀ
