I'm so lucky to have a koncrete family that I have. they have watched me grow from the first days of opening Koncrete studios in Tacoma. Today was something I , myself realized. My skills have been improving. I can get the moves down a lot faster than before. Doing isiahs class [HipHopII] in the beginning was so hard, first 8counts I'd forget the whole choreography. But today I got ALL the choreography down. Same with jasons choreography to "crew love - drake ft. The weeknd" I got that down too. Knowing how jasons pieces has so much texture and control i didn't think I'd be able to get it. But I did. I placed all the moves to the right timing. Line the move up to lyrics then I was able to do the choreography without looking at the mirror. It's like a unbelievable feeling. I know I didn't make it to be select but I'm still proud at the fact that I got everything down. Then performance tomorrow, I'm pretty upset that my brother Emmanuel isn't going to be in it ... /: but i know we'll have more shows (:

Meet The Baby Bosses! Some more talent from the Koncrete Studio's family. I love these kids! They've done a lot of local shows in Washington and recently performed at World Of Dance Seattle. They are the future! I choreographed this dance just for them! It wasn't meant to be super difficult or about crazy moves..it was just meant to be a fun dance that felt good with the song. We had a couple rehearsals and just decided to film it. Hope you enjoy! -Daniel Jerome

Omg today was the best experience I have ever had! I performed for my very FIRST time. The whole production was a success. I'm so proud of everyone that was in the production. My love for dancing has been sky rocketing. It's just....I can't even put it to words. The feeling of getting an actual dressing room. Getting on a stage with multiple rows of seats. The bright lights beaming on you. Loud music. Realizing that you're going to ACTUALLY perform, infront of people that came to watch YOU DANCE. Asdfghjkl. I love Koncrete Studios so much. It honestly feels like a family is growing. The vibes, dedication & motivation from the studio & everyone there is something id cherish. No joke. My family doesn't support my love for dancing. So for the instructors to understand what I'm going through and experience the troubles with families about support that I am going through is just amazing. I can't stop thinking about the performance xD ahhhh! I'm just really really grateful for experience my FIRST performance with an amazing group & growing family at Koncrete Studios (':
